If you introduce us to a country leader open to a special jurisdiction, and, as a direct result of your introduction, we make a partnership and select that country as the location where we build Viva City, you will win $1,000,000.

We are looking to establish a special regulatory zone with high autonomy, including separate laws & regulations, tax policy, & dispute resolution.

If someone finds out about this through you, you will also get a part of the extra $1M recursive bounty:

$1,000,000 for the winner - the person who introduced us to the host country's leader(s)

$500,000 for referring the person who won

$250,000 for the third-degree connection

$... and so on, halving for each degree of separation

Agreement and Acknowledgment

I understand that the introduction bounty will only be awarded once, for the first decisive introduction to a country leader that leads to a written partnership, meeting Viva City’s autonomy criteria (enshrined constitutionally or otherwise enforceable), with subsequent referral rewards halving for each degree of separation (up to ten degrees). Government officials are not eligible to receive payouts, and all participants must comply with anti-corruption laws, provide clear proof of referral chains. The bounty is for legitimate “introductions” only, and that no portion of the funds can be used to influence the decision-making of a government official. Compliance with local and international anti-corruption laws is required, and we reserve the right to disqualify participants if there’s any sign of improper influence. Recipients are solely responsible for taxes, and no portion of the bounty may be used to influence any government official. Introductions must be timestamped and submitted by September 12, 2025.
